SALES ENGINEER

Would you like to work at the heart of power engineering and be involved in delivering critical energy solutions for our customers?

In this role, you will support our sales team in demanding transformer solutions. As investments in energy infrastructure continue to grow, transformer technology plays a key role in the development of an increasingly electrified society. You will have the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects and influence the solutions delivered to our customers.

You will work closely with internal experts and suppliers and actively participate in different stages of the tendering process, from defining technical solutions to building pricing structures. Your responsibilities include preparing quotation materials, analysing cost structures, and developing competitive technical and commercial solutions together with the wider organization.

We expect you to have the ability to understand and structure project entities also from a commercial perspective. Your background may be in electrical engineering, power engineering, industrial engineering and management, or another relevant technical field. We value an interest in demanding energy solutions and the ability to combine technical expertise with practical business thinking. Experience in tender calculations, technical sales support, or project sales is beneficial, but above all we are looking for a person who can structure complex technical entities and turn them into clear solutions in collaboration with various experts.

You work naturally in teams and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. The role requires good proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
