TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

As a Technical Project Manager at OX2, you will lead the technical work during the development and execution of energy system projects and be responsible for delivering technical solutions to ensure the successful construction and operation of projects. You’ll also be responsible for quality monitoring and change management.

You will lead multidisciplinary and multinational engineering teams in the development of energy systems, including wind, solar, and energy storage projects. You will be responsible for the technical design of projects and ensure that the designs meet regulatory requirements and market criteria. Additionally, you will lead CAPEX and OPEX planning and related assumptions. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that projects progress efficiently and stay on schedule and within budget.

To succeed in this broad and independent role, you should have an appropriate technical education. You have gained experience in an international environment and in renewable energy. Wind power as an energy source is familiar to you, and you are interested in technical matters . You will mainly work on projects in Finland, but the operating environment is international, so you should have excellent skills in communicating both in Finnish and English.
